Hi,
I have a room to rent in Pendlebury, Swinton. It's a spacious semi-detached house with a front and back garden. There is a garage and a shed available if you need to store something, although previous landlords have still a few things there (can be arranged).

Connection to the city is good, there is a bus stop 2 minutes away where number 8 stops, and a further bus stop 6 minutes away with 36/37/38 buses.

I am a tidy person when it comes to the communal area and I'd like to keep it that way. When it comes to the furnishing, most of the things are mine, apart from the sofa in the Living Room.

The room has a big mirrored wardrobe, a double bed and a desk (if you wish to have your own furniture, I can sell this one, apart from the wardrobe).

I am a Computer Science student at Salford University, so I will be in and out of the house at random hours.
I am a very chill guy and get along with everyone, by being considerate (that should work both ways :) ). In my spare time, I go to the gym, read books, sometimes watch TV and practice DJ'ing downstairs from time to time. I like to go outdoors a lot (bikes, hikes, sports stuff, etc.).

I also like to explore new things, so ideally I am looking for a person that's outgoing and wants to hang out and chat from time to time.
