I am looking for a tenant for my second bedroom, on a Monday-Friday or even Tuesday-Thursday basis - depending on what works best for an out-of-towner!

I am in the office every day and my ideal tenant will do the same but I am of course happy to share the kitchen and living room at night.

It is a Victorian end-of-terrace two-up two-down, with open living/dining room plus kitchen and bathroom.

I also have a garden that I am fond of in the summer months.

The house is convenient for Stratford, Olympic Park, Westfield, City Airport, and Royal Victoria Docks.

Tube stations:
Canning Town station (zone 2) - 15 min walk or short bus ride, for Jubilee line to Canary Wharf (5 mins) and DLR to Bank (15 mins).
Plaistow station (zone 3) - 10 min walk, for District and Hammersmith lines
West Ham (zone 2) - 15 min walk for Jubilee line and DLR.
