My sister and I are looking for a third female to join us in our clean, cosy house.
The room is a small double furnished room with bed, mattress, pillows and duvet provided. It has an inbuilt wardrobe which makes storage convenient.
Bills included in the rent are electricity/gas, water, council tax and super fast broadband. As well as household basics like toilet rolls, cleaning materials, washing up liquid etc
The kitchen and shower room are new as are the furnishings in the house.
There are bus stops just outside of the house to Birmingham city centre in one direction and Walsall in the other direction, Co-op about 5 minutes walk, a big Asda about 3 minutes car ride and other local amenities within close distance.
We are looking for a housemate that likes a very clean and quiet space
No drinking or smoking allowed on the property
Viewing is a must to fully appreciate the property
