PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ME :

This is a Monday - Friday let only

- 7 min walk to Camden Town tube station, 2 min walk to Camden Road station and a plethora of bus connections to Central London just outside my building.

-for a mature, quiet working female, who works in London and needs a room to rest after work.

- Big modern double bedroom with comfy new Casper mattress.

- There is a fridge, microwave, table and two chairs, an armchair and a wardrobe in the room.

- The bedroom is downstairs opposite the bathroom, which I only use for having a shower. I have my own bathroom (toilet and sink upstairs.) The downstairs bathroom is almost for your own use.

- You will have your own entrance downstairs, I will enter the flat from the upstairs entrance which leads to my open plan kitchen/ lounge.

- There will be no access to the upstairs area, (kitchen and living room) as I work online from home 3-4 days a week.

-However, you have a fridge and a microwave in your room downstairs.

- It feels quite secluded and private, as I spend most of the time upstairs and will only sleep downstairs in my bedroom .

-Having said that, I am very happy to share a chat and a drink every now and then.

-You will have access to the wifi and all the bills are included.
