Hello to all.

I pleased to announce that I offer in rent a beautiful and verry spacious bedroom in 1 bedroom flat, croydon area, nee residential block.

Available to rent only for one person and not more than three months.

£600pm + £600 deposit, all bills included.

We have around the block at 5 minutes walking distance: bus, tram, train, subway, to all directions of London. Dozens of shops.

The rental offer is valid only for an hard worker person, obligatory to confirm with payslips or employment contract.

I will repeat: it is not valid for two people, just for ONE worker person.
Only for 3 months maximum rent.

Clean person, hardworking, no parties or guests invited to the house.

This is not a party house.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Smoking is only allowed outside of the house on the balcony with the door closed behind you to avoid the smoking activating the alarm.

I would also like to remind that the use of Canabis is considered as Anti Social Behaviour, which is a breach of our rent conditions and the end of our deal.

Sorry, I love pets but we are not allowed access with pets in any part of the building.

Only two people will live in the house.
( me & you ).

I repeat, it is an apartment where you can sleep peacefully, where no neighbor in the block bothers the other with anything.
